  • Generic name

    Amantadine, chlorphenamine, paracetamol capsules.

  • Therapeutic indications

    Anti-flu with specific antiviral action. Treats the flu.
    Relieves flu symptoms, such as: malaise, fever, muscle pain, headache, sneezing and runny nose.

  • Formula

    Each capsule contains:
    Chlorphenamine maleate………………… 3 mg
    Amantadine hydrochloride……………… 50 mg
    Paracetamol………………………… 300 mg
    Excipient cbp……………. 1 cápsula

  • Therapeutic indication

    For the treatment and prevention of the flu or influenza caused by viruses susceptible to amantadine. It also relieves accompanying symptoms, such as fever, muscle pain, runny nose, headache and malaise.

  • Route of administration

    Oral.

  • Dosage and method of administration

    Adults and children over the age of 12: one capsule every 6 or 8 hours from the onset of symptoms and continue treatment until 24 to 48 hours after symptoms disappear. Treatment must be taken for a minimum of 5 days.

  • Use during pregnancy and lactation

    Consult your doctor.

  • Contraindications

    Allergy to the components of the formula.
    Severe or active liver disease.
    Heart diseases (arrhythmias), uncontrolled, mental or neurological diseases (such as epilepsy or seizures).

  • Precautions and warnings

    Administer to people over the age of 65 only after a medical evaluation.
    Do not drink alcoholic beverages during treatment.
    Do not drive dangerous vehicles or machinery during treatment.
    Keep out of reach of children.

    If symptoms persist, consult your doctor.
    If you are taking other medication, consult your doctor before taking this product.
    Store in a dry place at no more than 30°C.

  • Pediatric use

    Do not use in children under the age of 12.

  • Adverse reactions

    The most frequent are: nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, anemia or liver damage, drowsiness. These reactions usually subside when reducing the dosage or stopping the treatment.

    In case of accidental ingestion and overdose, consult your doctor.

    Each ml is equivalent to 25 drops

    If the symptoms persist for more than 5 days, stop treatment and consult your doctor.
